Strengths:
- Good Dual-Purpose Variety
- Extended Grazing Season in Spring
- Good Acid Soil Tolerance
Comments:
Endurance is late to the first hollow stem stage, which helps extend spring grazing. Its grain takes a long time to dry down and mature and can lose test weight if it ripens during hot weather. Endurance can do well if planted late, but can also be planted early. It needs
a high seeding rate or it will grow flat to the ground in the fall.
